The Thunder’s Marbles

Thunder doesn’t like to lose at games. In fact, one time he got so pissed off when he lost at marbles, that he dashed all of them to the ground. That’s where the first hail stone came from; and ever since when Thunder loses a game of marbles, he throws them down in disgust.

This has ruined many crops, car windows, house windows, and killed both man and beast.

But it also can jinx up a person’s gambling luck….

Ingredients

4 Hail Stones

Name paper

A dish or saucer - any vessel as long as it doesn’t contain metal.

Place the person’s name paper crossed against the world (going north/south; instead of east/west) and place the 4 hail stones on the photo, one by one, and pray that just as Thunder lost his game, may that person lose their games; and as the hail melts and disappears; so may his luck melt and disappear.

Let the hailstones melt and the water slowly evaporate; then go throw the plate in their yard - smashing on the doorstep being the older and traditional, but now very illegal option.
