Buzzard Lope in Effect
Last night, I wrote a post describing the Indigenous Ancestral Ori (IAO) known as Aunt Nancy. Shortly after, my cousin, whose name means “love,” was taken by the Buzzard in a fatal car accident (Elegba feeds Ogun.)
Once, Aunt Nancy called all the animals to her home to shake hands with Her. As they passed by Bre’r Rabbit, he was sitting, smoking his pipe. They asked if He had heard the message and if He was going to Aunt Nancy’s house. Bre’r Rabbit said they can go if they want to, but he already had been and seen.
The animals arrived to Aunt Nancy’s home, and as she sat on her pine stump; her red eyes glaring across the congregation; she noticed her grandson, Bre’r Rabbit, had not been. She inquired if he had given an excuse for his absence, but they informed her that Bre’r Rabbit had not.
Aunt Nancy told them - “Tell my grandson Riley Rabbit, if he doesn’t come to my house and shake hands with me, I will go to his house and shake hands with him.”
And the animals saw that Aunt Nancy wasn’t just a red eyed woman in a black cloak; but her cloak had hid that she was half woman half spider (a mystere comparable to Dona Fish), and ran like hell back home to tell Bre’r Rabbit.
Bre’r Rabbit said “I told you I done been and done seen; you can go shake hands if you want to.”
No one likes to face their Fate, and make peace with it. GAWD preserve us from such threads.
A mystery.
The Great Buzzard carries the souls of the dead to their destination; when their thread on Aunt Nancy’s web snaps.
Weave a good one for me, if you please, Aunt Nancy, and be gentle.
